Sales Executive ($3000 onwards + Commission)

About the role

Linkwave Technologies is looking for a dynamic, tech-savvy Sales Executive to grow our eSIM business. This role combines consultative sales, customer acquisition, digital marketing and practical use of AI tools.

Key responsibilities

• Drive eSIM sales and achieve individual and team targets.

• Develop new B2C and B2B business opportunities.

• Build strong client relationships to support retention and repeat business.

• Handle enquiries, prepare quotations and tenders, and follow up with customers.

• Plan tactical sales strategies that grow revenue and profit margins.

• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, automation platforms and data analytics to improve sales and marketing effectiveness.

• Execute digital marketing initiatives across social media and online platforms, including TikTok, Xiaohongshu and Instagram.

• Analyse customer behaviour and campaign performance to improve conversion rates.

• Gather competitor intelligence and customer feedback and identify market opportunities.

• Provide technical sales and marketing support where required.

• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams on campaigns and promotions.

• Follow corporate governance and trade requirements and achieve agreed KPIs.

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.

• At least 1 year of sales experience; telecom, technology, eSIM or cross-border services experience is an advantage.

• Strong communication, interpersonal and customer relationship skills.

• Familiarity with, or willingness to learn, AI and digital marketing tools.

• Self-motivated, results-driven and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

• English proficiency is required for business communication. Mandarin Chinese is an advantage where it supports communication with Chinese-speaking customers and relevant regional markets. Applications from all qualified candidates are welcome.
