Job Scope:

· Supervise and manage a team of Ward Service Associates (WSAs).

· Ensure smooth ward operations and uphold service standards.

· Coordinate WSA deployment and daily task execution.

· Oversee stock levels and supplies for the ward.

· Support patient meal and nutrition service processes.

· Work closely with ward supervisors and nursing staff.

· Lead service improvement initiatives and projects.

· Perform any other operational duties as required.

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
