Contract Senior Finance Assistant Manager (Healthcare) #HJO

Job Responsibilities:

• Support financial planning and analysis activities, including service costing, pricing, projections, and annual budgeting.
• Prepare financial projections and budget analysis
• Coordinate annual fee revision exercises, including analysis and preparation of submissions to relevant stakeholders.
• Support the development and rollout of new service packages.
• Support implementation and onboarding of costing systems, including development and review of cost models for assigned service areas.
• Participate in system enhancements, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and validation of system fixes.
• Review service requests relating to billing issues and support testing of system incident resolutions.
• Perform bill checks and support automation-related processes where required.
• Conduct financial simulations and evaluations to support policy changes and management decision-making.
• Perform financial feasibility and evaluation for new services and initiatives.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams on finance-related projects.
• Perform other financial analysis and ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), management accounting, costing, or financial analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
