Clinical Psychologist #HJO

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct clinical interviews, psychological assessments, and screenings for patients
• Provide individual and group therapy for patients with mental health and chronic conditions
• Develop and implement treatment plans and monitor patient progress
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated patient care
• Support development and delivery of mental health programmes within the organisation
• Evaluate clinical outcomes and contribute to service improvement initiatives
• Design and conduct training for healthcare professionals to enhance service quality
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and administrative records
• Support coordination of psychology services across different clinic locations
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Applied Psychology (Clinical or Counselling)
• At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience in outpatient or healthcare setting
• Registration with Singapore Register of Psychologists is preferred
• Strong therapeutic and assessment skills
• Interest in primary care and chronic disease management
