Marketing Manager (Education Sector)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our brand building and student recruitment efforts across India, and to establish strong market presence and recruitment channels — based at our Singapore headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing & recruitment strategies tailored for the India market
• Manage multi-channel campaigns, partnerships, and education outreach activities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with education agents, schools, universities, education bodies, and industry partners across key regions in India.
• Conduct ongoing market research to understand India’s education landscape, competitor activities, student preferences, regulatory requirements, and emerging trends.
• Represent the College at events and meetings (travel to India required - when necessary)
• Oversee Marketing departmental operations
  

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, sales, or education recruitment
• Proven ability to lead projects and deliver results
• Bachelor’s degree in a Business Marketing or any relevant field
• Fluent in English and Tamil; Hindi proficiency is an advantage
• Strong understanding of the Indian education market
