1. The Programme Manager will provide Program and Project services to the Lead Client Technical Program Manager (TPM) with day-to-day deliverables for the Client Data Center Product Development Insertion (PDI) organisation, including:
Product Development Meeting Coordination: Note taking according to format, Issue, Action, Request for Information, and Risk tracking, Creating presentations, spreadsheets, reports, and documentation according to format, in collaboration with the Product Development Team
Change Policy Process Owner (bug coordination, content packaging)
Product Documentation management in AODocs and system
Product Development issue tracking in Spreadsheets, and system
Collaborate with Lead Client TPM to compile status updates for Products
Inform Lead Client TPM of any risks uncovered in the portfolio
2. The Programme Manager will provide Program and Project services to the Lead Client TPM with day-to-day deliverables for contracts from conception to execution, including:
Review funding request submission in system
Review draft contracts for quality control
Review invoices from vendors to ensure they are aligned with the agreed upon rates within the existing contract
Follow-up and track status of the contract in platform system, and email
Updating Purchase Order tracking spreadsheets
Support onboarding process of engineering support
3. The Programme Manager will provide accurate communication and status updates to the Client TPM.
4. Management and accountability of delivery milestones where assigned by the Client TPM.
5. Interdisciplinary coordination between other Client Vendors.
6. Support the TPM with Project reporting and governance including escalation paths.
7. Team interface management.
8. Communicating and maintaining the project charter focus throughout the project life cycle.
9. Risk Management, threat and opportunity identification and associated management actions.
10. Supporting Cash Flow updates, cost management and reporting in concert with commercial management and PCG teams.
11. The Programme Manager will deliver the deliverables, including documentation, as required to perform the Services listed above, including:
Weekly Flash Report for all pillars of the group.
Quarterly reporting on the program.
Develop and track against a work plan and deliverables for the team
Conduct weekly meetings with Client to monitor progress on agreed deliverables for all the team.
Conduct weekly team meetings to discuss progress on initiatives and to drive performance brief status report of weekly activities performed
