Contract Banking Admin Assistant (Central) #HJOT

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and organize source documents for data entry into the bank’s core system

• Input and update information accurately into the banking system

• Review and verify data entries against supporting documents to ensure accuracy

• Resolve data discrepancies following established procedures

• Upload and maintain proper filing and archival of documents

• Perform verification tasks such as signature checks and report reviews

• Support operational processes including account-related updates and closures

• Assist with other administrative or operational tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Banking, or related field

• Prior experience in banking operations, compliance, or financial services environment preferred

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling data and documentation

• Familiarity with banking systems or data entry processes is an advantage

• Able to follow procedures and work independently within a team environment
