Full Time Florist

Job Summary

We are looking for a Full-Time Florist who enjoys creating beautiful flower arrangements and wants to grow in a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Create fresh flower bouquets and arrangements daily according to customer orders
• Prepare, condition, and maintain fresh flowers and floral materials to ensure quality
• Assist in fulfilling orders for walk-in and online customers accurately and timely
• Support gift wrapping, packaging, and photo-taking to enhance customer presentation
• Organize and maintain the workspace and stock to ensure smooth operations
• Collaborate with team members to meet quality standards and delivery deadlines

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience as a florist is an advantage; training will be provided
• Demonstrate good hand skills, creativity, and an eye for color to produce attractive arrangements
• Adapt to working efficiently in a fast-paced floral environment
• Maintain a positive attitude, take responsibility, and work well within a team
• Availability to work on weekends and during peak seasons such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day
