Senior Construction Project Manager

Salary:

5.5k basic with 12% commission from project profit

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage building projects end-to-end — from planning and scheduling to execution and handover

Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

Prepare and review project documentation including programmes, progress reports, and variation orders

Conduct site inspections and ensure works meet quality and safety standards

Build and maintain strong client relationships to support repeat business and referrals

Job Requirements

Educational Background: Must hold a Degree in an Engineering field.

Local Experience: Proven experience in handling and managing construction projects specifically within Singapore (SG).

Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD drawings is preferred.
