Program Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables are completed on time.
• Identify delays, risks, dependencies, and issues and drive appropriate recovery actions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across business and technology functions.
• Manage project governance meetings, project reviews, action items, and key decisions.
• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, senior management, vendors, and delivery teams.
• Provide regular project updates covering progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and budget.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably across business and technology initiatives.
• Proven experience managing large-scale and complex projects from initiation through implementation.
• Strong experience in project planning, governance, risk management, and delivery.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience in vendor management and delivery oversight.
• Good understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Hybrid methodologies.
• Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
