HR EXECUTIVE – PAYROLL (MNC/ 4 to 5 MONTHS BONUS)

• Up to $3,800 Basic + 4 to 5 months Variable Bonuses

• Working location: Tampines

Responsibilities:

• Assist in payroll processing and HR administration.

• Maintain employee records and HR system data.

• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, and travel claim processing.

• Support office administration, procurement, and vendor coordination.

• Assist with expatriate housing and work pass administration.

• Manage HR-related corporate credit card administration.

• Coordinate company events, committees, and compliance activities (e.g. ISO, WSH).

• Support HR projects, research, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  

Requirement:

• At least a Diploma in HR or Business studies or related

• At least 2 years of working experience in HR & Admin role

• Familiar with payroll system & HRIS platforms

• Proficiency in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients
