Business Development Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our fresh, healthy-eating footprint across Singapore. You will spearhead strategic partnerships, grow our corporate catering portfolio, and identify high-value retail or pop-up locations to drive revenue growth for our salad bar brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Corporate Partnerships: Forge B2B relationships with office buildings, co-working spaces, and wellness programs to scale our daily corporate lunch delivery and catering revenue.

• Expansion Strategy: Identify and evaluate new storefront locations, ghost kitchen spaces, or high-traffic pop-up opportunities across the island.

• B2C Growth Initiatives: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, loyalty programs, and community wellness events that boost foot traffic and brand awareness.

• Sales Pipeline Management: End-to-end management of the sales cycle—from initial outreach and pitch meetings to contract negotiation and account retention.

• Market Intelligence: Track competitor trends, pricing strategies, and emerging health-food preferences in the F&B sector to keep our menu positioning competitive.

Requirements

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, ideally within the F&B, hospitality, or fast-casual retail sector.

• Network: Strong existing network of corporate HR, office administrative contacts, or commercial real estate leasing agents in Singapore is a significant advantage.

• Skills: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a data-driven approach to sales targets.
