Clinic Assistant

What you will be working on (training will be provided):

• Front counter duties including patient registration and answering phone and email inquiries
• Schedule patient appointments
• Prepare and dispense medications
• Assist in inventory and perform stock take
• Maintain clinic cleanliness
• Manage insurance claims submissions (including corporate insurance), applying for letter of guarantee and pre-authorisation
• Perform cashiering duties
• Assist doctor and chaperone whenever necessary

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 2 years of relevant working experience within the healthcare industry.
• Preferably with hands-on experience using PLATO.
• Familiarity with insurance billing, claims submission and TPA liaison work would be an advantage.
• Salary will commensurate with the candidate's experience.
