HR Assistant (Internship) 2-6 Months - VTAL

Our client is a MNC. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a HR Assistant (Internship) to be part of their Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the Central - easily accessible.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing, updating and maintaining the Employee Handbook.
• Support the review and documentation of HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in ensuring the Employee Handbook is aligned with company policies and guidelines.
• Update HR policies, employee benefits, leave policies and workplace procedures when required.
• Assist in formatting and organising the handbook for employee reference.
• Support the distribution and communication of updated HR policies to employees.

Requirements:

• Pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
• Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
• Training will be provided.
