QA QC

Job Scope

* Inspect curtain wall and façade installation works.

* Check materials and workmanship on site.

* Ensure works follow approved drawings and specifications.

* Prepare inspection reports, checklists and QA/QC documents.

* Coordinate with site supervisors, workers and subcontractors.

* Check and follow up on defects and rectification works.

* Assist with site inspections and testing.

* Keep proper QA/QC records and documents.

Requirements

* Relevant construction experience is preferred.

* Experience in curtain wall, façade or building works will be an advantage.

* Basic knowledge of construction drawings and site inspection.

* Able to communicate with site workers and supervisors.

* Responsible, careful and willing to learn.
