Painter/Technician

PAINTER / TECHNICIAN

Salary: S$2,500 – S$3,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Carry out painting, touch-up and repainting works for walls, ceilings, doors, fixtures and other areas.
• Perform general maintenance and repair work, including, electrical and plumbing, carpentry related repairs will be an advantage.
• Inspect and identify defects or maintenance issues and carry out necessary rectification works.
• Assist with preventive maintenance to ensure the Club’s facilities, equipment and fittings are kept in good condition.
• Attend to maintenance requests and urgent repair works when required.
• Assist contractors and external service providers with maintenance and renovation works.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and ensure tools and equipment are safely stored after use.
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and Club requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• NITEC / Higher NITEC or relevant technical qualification preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in painting, building maintenance or general repair works.
• Experience in painting, plumbing, carpentry and basic electrical works will be an advantage.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on maintenance work.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.

We are looking for a hands-on and versatile individual who can support both painting works and general facilities maintenance.
