WE ARE HIRING – Hair Consultant

Join our growing Hair & Beauty Salon team !

We are looking for an with hands on beauty salon experienced, energetic and customer-focused Salon Manager who can take responsibility for the smooth operation and sales performance of our salon outlets.

✨ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the daily operations of the salon and ensure excellent customer service

• Lead, motivate and manage salon staff to achieve sales and service targets

• Drive sales, memberships, packages and retail product sales

• Conduct professional customer consultations and recommend suitable services and products

• Have strong practical knowledge of hair styling and chemical treatments, including hair colouring, rebonding, perming, keratin treatments and other salon services

• Monitor staff performance, appointment schedules and outlet productivity

• Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally

• Maintain high standards of hygiene, grooming and salon presentation

• Support and manage multiple outlets when required

• Train staff on customer consultation, service standards and product knowledge

• Prepare and monitor daily/monthly sales performance

• Work closely with management on promotions, marketing and business growth

🌟 REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a hair salon and beauty salon

• Previous experience as a Salon Manager / Hair designer / Senior Stylist preferred

• Strong practical experience in hair styling and chemical treatments and tutorials

• Excellent customer consultation and sales skills

• Strong leadership and team-management abilities

• Good knowledge of professional hair and beauty products

• Sales-driven, responsible and target-oriented

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Multilingual ability is an advantage – English plus Mandarin, Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, Malay or other languages

• Must be comfortable working weekends and Public Holidays, as these are our busiest periods

• Able to work independently and take ownership of the outlet’s performance
