Job Summary

Join Beehive Fulfillment as a Warehouse Operations Executive to support e-commerce warehousing and logistics through efficient inventory handling, order fulfillment, and coordination with delivery partners.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Warehouse Management System on computer and handheld device (training will be provided)
• Receive incoming shipments, check quantity and condition of items received
• Label products where required and put away at designated locations of the warehouse
• Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
• Coordinate with couriers and external delivery service providers to facilitate smooth dispatch or receipt of parcels /shipments
• Manage online shops as required
• Office administrative duties
• Any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Prior work experience in e-commerce warehouse or logistics industry is an advantage
• Proficient use of MS Office applications to support operational tasks
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively as a team player
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while taking ownership of assigned tasks
