Position: Assistant Servicing Manager (After-Sales Operations)

Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on, proactive Assistant Servicing Manager to oversee our after-sales operations across 14 showrooms in Singapore. In this role, you will bridge customer care, technical repair, and field logistics to deliver seamless post-purchase resolution and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Staff Management: Direct, schedule, and supervise daily activities for servicing admins, delivery drivers, and technicians/carpenters to ensure productivity and high service standards.

  After-Sales & Technical Repair: Inspect, diagnose, and perform hands-on repair or touch-ups on furniture defects (wood, upholstery, hardware) both on-site and in-shop.

  Scheduling & Logistics: Oversee dispatch rosters, technician visits, replacement deliveries, and islandwide servicing schedules.

  Financial & Claims Management: Process customer refunds, handle dispute resolution (including managing Small Claims Tribunal / CASE queries), and ensure final collection of outstanding payments.

  Procurement & Inventory: Source, purchase, and maintain inventory for repair tools, hardware, spare parts, and replacement stock.

  Customer Care Lead: Address escalated customer complaints diplomatically and ensure timely issue resolution.
  

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in after-sales service, operations, or technical customer support (retail or furniture industry strongly preferred).

• Hands-on experience or technical aptitude in minor furniture repair and maintenance.

• Strong organizational, scheduling, and conflict-resolution skills.

• Practical understanding of customer dispute resolution and payment collection processes.
