Job Summary:
As a Quality Assurance/Quality Management System Engineer (QA/QMS Engineer), your role is to ensure that our organization maintains high-quality standards in all aspects of our operations. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality management and social compliance system, conducting audits, analysing data, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our overall quality performance.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the maintenance of ISO 9001:2015 certification by ensuring full compliance with applicable standards, corporate requirements, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Develop, review, update, and continuously improve QMS documents to ensure alignment with ISO 9001 requirements and best practices.
- Be the Management Representative and in-charge of the ISO Certification and other External Audits Certification.
- Conduct regular internal audits to assess adherence to quality procedures and identify areas for improvement.
- Co-ordinate External Audits, such as Customer’s Audits meeting compliance of external partners.
- Perform vendor quality assessments and new vendor selection.
- Collect and analyse quality data, including metrics, customer feedback, and non-conformance reports to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports and present findings to management, highlighting areas of concern or opportunities for enhancement.
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on quality management systems, processes, and best practices.
- To stay updated with relevant quality regulations and standards applicable to the organization's industry.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and facilitate external audits and certifications, as required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Product Management, Operations, and Supply Chain, to address quality-related issues and drive process improvements.

- Identify potential risks and hazards related to quality and develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of quality procedures, records, reports and other quality-related activities.
- Responsible as an EHS officer developing and implementing safety policies. Ensuring the well-being of employees and protecting the environment with the organisation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Management System (QMS).
- Degree in Engineering or Industrial and System Engineering or related discipline.
- Experience in developing and maintaining procedures and work instructions.
- Experience in conducting internal quality audits, document control and follow-up on corrective actions.
- Experience in root cause analysis, CAPA, and nonconformity management.
- Experience in data analysis and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Experience in continuous improvement activities.
- Strong problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Team player, responsible, committed, proactive and possess a positive attitude.
