Quantity Surveying Manager

Location: Tuas, Singapore

Responsibilities:

• Manage correspondence with internal and external teams regarding the timely pricing and agreement of variations, effective handling of contract charges and early settlement of disputes/claims.
• Prepare tender and contract documents in accordance to project requirements and local building & construction regulations
• Support the evaluation and communication of project variations
• Assist with valuation of works done by vendors and arrange for payments
• Assist with contract administration and settlement of contractual disputes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Atleast 10 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying
• Strong expertise in commercial management, cost control, and contract administration.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong commercial acumen and a focus on driving project profitability and business success.
