Engineering Administrator

Successful candidate will be employed by a third-party agency and assigned to support Teradyne on-site.

Opportunity Overview

• Provide daily administrative support to the Singapore engineering organisation, ensuring smooth execution of operational activities.
• Coordinate local procurement activities, including Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), and invoice tracking
• Prepare and issue quotations, maintain data tracking, and generate regular reports for management review
• Assist in organizing and coordinating internal & external meeting events, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are allocated appropriately
• Handle departmental finance administration and maintain personnel‑related administrative records.
• Assist with ad‑hoc administrative and operational tasks as assigned by management.

All About You:

• Minimum 3–4 years of relevant administrative or operations support experience, preferably in a technical or engineering environment
• Diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is an advantage
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
• Experience with Oracle MRP systems is desirable
• High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
• Proactive mindset with the ability to recommend and implement process improvements
