Job Summary

We are seeking a sales-driven Senior Jewelry Consultant to deliver premium client service, manage VIP relationships, and coach junior consultants to elevate team performance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized jewelry consultations and styling advice to drive individual and store sales targets beyond goals
• Manage and nurture VIP client relationships through proactive follow-up on repeat purchases and referrals
• Demonstrate expert product knowledge of gold, karat gold, diamonds, gemstones, craftsmanship, and brand heritage including filigree inlay techniques
• Collaborate with the team to support in-store events, marketing campaigns, and client engagement activities
• Maintain store visual merchandising and display standards to enhance customer experience
• Conduct inventory counts, ensure stock security, and operate POS systems accurately during shifts
• Coach junior consultants on product knowledge and sales techniques to improve team sales effectiveness
• Collect and analyze customer feedback and competitor intelligence to recommend improvements

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 2 years of luxury retail sales experience
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage VIP client portfolios
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
• Ability to work retail shifts including weekends and public holidays

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Jewelry industry experience with hands-on sales exposure
• Solid product knowledge in gold, diamonds, and gemstones
• Gemology certification (e.g., GIA, HRD)
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin
