Company Overview

We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to be the face of our beauty and aesthetic clinic. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by welcoming visitors, managing enquiries, and supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to clients warmly and professionally upon arrival.
• Manage front desk operations, including appointment scheduling, registration, and check-in/check-out processes.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, social media platforms, email, and other online channels.
• Provide accurate information about treatments, services, promotions, and clinic policies.
• Assist clients with booking appointments and coordinating treatment schedules.
• Handle customer feedback and concerns professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area.
• Support the clinic team with administrative duties and daily operational tasks.
• Build positive relationships with clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Follow up with customers regarding appointments, enquiries, and post-treatment communications when required.

Requirements

• Positive, bubbly, and pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about beauty, aesthetics, wellness, and self-care.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Customer service-oriented with a genuine desire to help others.
• Comfortable communicating through various online platforms, including WhatsApp and social media.
• Well-groomed, professional, and confident in interacting with clients.
• Able to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic administrative tasks.
• Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, beauty, healthcare, or aesthetic clinics will be an advantage.
• Willing to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays where required.
