Job Description

Join an established mattress and bedding retailer in Singapore. We are looking for motivated Retail Sales Advisors who enjoy helping customers and achieving strong sales results.

This role is ideal for candidates with retail sales experience in mattress, furniture, electronics, automotive, or other mid-to-high value products.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand their needs
• Recommend suitable mattress and bedding products
• Achieve sales targets through upselling and cross-selling
• Provide professional product advice and excellent customer service
• Maintain strong product knowledge on features and benefits
• Ensure showroom cleanliness, display standards, and stock organisation
• Support daily store operations and inventory tasks

Requirements

• Previous retail sales experience preferred
• Experience in home furnishing, bedding, electronics, car sales or similar products is advantageous
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused with good problem-solving ability
• Willing to learn product knowledge and improve skills
• Able to work weekends / public holidays
• Team player with positive attitude

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: $2,200 – $2,400
• Gross Monthly Income: $3,500 – $7,000 (with commission/incentives)
• Variable Bonus
• Annual Leave: 10 – 14 days

Working Hours
