Associate - Civil & Structural Engineering

A leading international engineering consultancy is seeking an experienced C&S Associate to lead the delivery of complex building projects and provide technical leadership across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee project delivery to ensure successful outcomes.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate closely with internal engineering teams and external stakeholders.
• Support tender submissions and business development activities.
• Provide technical guidance and engineering solutions for complex challenges.
• Conduct design reviews and ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers.
• Manage project coordination, design management, scheduling, and project controls.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as required.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 8 years of experience within an engineering consultancy environment.
• Strong technical background in structural and civil engineering design.
• Proven project management and team leadership experience.
• Delivery and design management of major building projects, including Residential developments, Commercial buildings, Institutional facilities, High-rise developments, Educational facilities etc.
• Exposure to precast concrete, prestressed concrete, steel structures, PPVC, and modular construction methodologies would be beneficial.
