Management Executive

Job Title: Accounts Assistant (Full Set Accounts) Location: Singapore Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), and Bank Reconciliation.

• Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and schedules.

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

• Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and company policies.

• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and government authorities (e.g., IRAS, MOM).

• Support payroll processing and statutory submissions (CPF, GST, corporate tax).

• Maintain accurate records and filing of accounting documents.

• Perform ad‑hoc duties as assigned by Finance Manager.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• At least 2–3 years of relevant experience handling full set accounts.

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., MYOB, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).

• Strong knowledge of Singapore tax regulations, GST, and CPF contributions.

• Good analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.

• Proficient in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
