Job Scope:

- Manage daily job planning for driver, data entry, raise quotations, liaising with clients & staffs competently

- Coordination, Handling computation of clients billing, pay out and queries promptly & appropriately

- To support superior & boss requests in replying to our client CSD or salesman

- MS Office and English proficiency

- (Problem solving/ resolving conflicts) Resolve problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution, liaise with our delivery team.

- Clerical work including maintaining records and entering data or other variety of tasks.

Requirements:

- MS Office and English proficiency

- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

- English & Chinese verbal and written communications skills

- Permanent, Full-time position

- CPF & Annual Leave entitlement

- Working hours (5.5 days work) Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm

- Saturday 9am – 1.00pm

- Able to work independently in fast-paced environment

- Able to have responsibilities, Well-mannered and polite to clients
