QHSE Executive

Job Summary

Support commercial diving and ROV operations by managing QHSE compliance, incident response, and employee training to ensure operational efficiency and regulatory adherence.

Responsibilities

• Manage and ensure compliance with QHSE standards including ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 to maintain operational quality and safety
• Oversee the maintenance and proper use of company assets such as vessels, diving equipment, machinery, workshop facilities, vehicles, and office premises to support operational readiness
• Lead incident management processes and implement continuous improvements to enhance system effectiveness and safety
• Design and deliver inductions, regular training sessions, and briefings to communicate QHSE policies and updates to employees
• Apply knowledge of local SS511 and WSH regulations to ensure all operations meet legal safety and health requirements
• Execute additional duties assigned by management to support company operations and project-specific needs
