Cook (Inflight Catering)

📍 Location: Changi Airport, Singapore

Responsibilities:

· Prepare inflight meals according to airline standards

· Produce meals based on instructions from the Chef

· Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards are met

· Follow HACCP and food safety procedures

· Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

· Minimum 2 years of culinary experience in hotels, restaurants, or catering

· Knowledge of food hygiene and handling procedures

· Able to prepare different cuisines

· Able to work rotating shifts and in a multicultural team

· Willing to undergo a practical cooking test
