Job responsibilities :
- Coordination and processing of incoming shipments Assist in the daily generation of Delivery Orders and posting of invoices.
- Handle clearance of Delivery Orders during month end accounts closing Compilation and processing of handouts for monthly management meeting Generating, recording, and filing of Purchase Orders for suppliers, as well as Purchase Requests
Requirements :
- Min N Level/O Level education
- IT literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Good interpersonal skills and meticulous in handling assigned tasks
