Business Transformation Consultant

RESPONSIBILITY:

1. Determine and document current business processes, to identify and understand the users’ needs.

2. Collect data to identify the root cause of the organisation’s problems.

3. Analyze, plan and implement operational process improvements,to improve the organisation’s information systems and product quality.

4. Develop metrics to provide data for process management and indicators for future improvement opportunities.

5. Translate the organisation’s business objectives into functional requirements and solution design.

6. Work closely with the organisation’s key stakeholders to provide desired reengineering practices and to ensure alignment ofre-engineering initiatives to the organisation’s objectives.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS NEEDED:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, or related field preferred.

2. Experience with business processing models, Process Design, Requirements Management, and Project Management.

3. Experience with business re-engineering methods and techniques, and the technology industry.

4. Experience in applying Agile techniques to iteratively prioritize and define requirements.

5. Strong written and oral communication skills.

6. Formal LEAN and Six Sigma training is a plus.
