Product Manager II - KT

RESPONSIBILITY:

Drive business outcomes by taking on a product from end (problem definition) to end (release and continuous improvement)

1. Interview stakeholders and users to understand problem space and define problem statement.

2. Craft proposals to justify resource allocations and securefunding.

3. Define success measures and set up dashboards to monitorprogress.

4. Identify hypotheses, develop product strategy, and deviseinitiatives to drive product outcomes.

5. Create product roadmap and work with team to ensure timelyachievement of goals.

6. Work with designers, software engineers to develop, test andrelease product.

7. Measure outcomes and continuously iterate product to driveoutcomes.

8. Engage with and support users to drive product adoption.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS NEEDED:

1. Proven record of driving business outcomes.

2. End to end experience working with design and engineering teams to build products.

3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

4. Ability to effectively manage high level stakeholders.

5. Ability to work effectively and independently under pressure and prioritize effectively to meet tight deadlines.

6. Experience with platforms like Confluence, JIRA, Balsamiq are a plus.

7. Computer science, product management related degrees ordiplomas are a plus.

8. Certifications like Scrum Master, Product Owner, Business Analysis Professional are a plus.
