Responsibilities:

· In-charge of cooking

· Assist in kitchen operations

· Manage / supervise all activities of all cook and other kitchen assistant.

· Prepare ingredients for cooking according to the establishment’s standard recipes and operating procedures.

· Ensure food quality and customer satisfaction

· Upkeep hygiene and safety of kitchen

· Complete all tasks assigned in a timely manner

· Suggest new promotion ideas and ways to improve

· Control wastage and manage food cost to ensure profitability

· Maintain standards for food storage, rotation, quality, and appearance

· Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen

· Ensure all food and other items are stored appropriately

· Ensure compliance with SFA standards

· Provide counter service, when needed

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as Outlet Cook with Chinese cuisines
• Exceptional proven ability of kitchen management
• Ability in dividing responsibilities and monitoring progress
• Outstanding communication and leadership skills
• Credentials in health and safety training
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work in a coffeeshop/ foodcourt environment
• Team player
