Production Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate production processes on daily basis to meet delivery schedule
• Coordinate different sections within the operation department to ensure material availability for jobs and carry out cost control
• Inform Production Manager to prevent the occurrence of any production shortfall with respect to the delivery schedule
• Allocate and deploy manpower effectively for optimum productivity
• Analysis and troubleshoot manufacturing issue and process improvement
• Evaluate and recommend processes improvement
• Conduct training for supervisor, technician and operator and ensure that all staffs adhere to safety rules
• Manage good housekeeping practice of the workshop and premise
• Prepare and update all assigned reports
• Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Industrial / Production Engineering or equivalent
• 1~ 2 years of working experience in the related field
• Experience in managing a team of production operators and technicians
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast pace environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates
