Plumbing Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, plan, and coordinate daily plumbing works at project sites.

• Assign tasks and guide plumbing workers to ensure quality and timely completion.

• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Liaise with project managers, contractors, and clients on work progress.

• Drive company vehicle to attend meeting and to job site.

• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of plumbing experience with supervisory responsibilities.

• Technical or vocational certificate/diploma in Mechanical, Building Services, Plumbing, or a related field.

• Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence.

• Good leadership, communication, and coordination skills.

• Able to manage a team of workers and ensure productivity.

• Responsible, punctual, and committed to safety practices.

• Physically fit to carry out site supervision duties.

• Able to read basic construction and isometric drawings.
