About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, Hands-On Supervisor with a strong background in waterproofing and rope access to lead our site operations. You will be the bridge between management and the ground team, ensuring that all projects—from waterproofing to building facade sealant replacement—are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of 6 to 8 workers on-site, ensuring productivity and morale remain high.
• Project Execution: Personally carry out and oversee hands-on waterproofing works and ropeman tasks, specifically including window sealant replacement and building facade sealant replacement.
• Safety Compliance: As an IRATA Level 3 certified professional, ensure all rope access work complies with safety regulations, conduct risk assessments, and supervise rigging setups.
• Coordination: Work closely with fellow Supervisors and Foremen to ensure smooth workflow and resource allocation across multiple projects.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the main point of contact on-site for customers and subcontractors, addressing queries and maintaining strong professional relationships.
• Quality Control: Inspect completed work to ensure it meets specifications and company standards.
• Problem Solving: Troubleshoot technical issues on-site and provide practical solutions immediately.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction/maintenance industry.
• Technical Skills:
• Extensive knowledge of waterproofing systems and application methods.
• Certified IRATA Level 3 (must have valid certification).
• Proven experience in ropeman work, particularly window sealant and facade replacement.
• Leadership: Must be team-oriented and capable of managing a diverse team of 6-8 workers.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact professionally with customers, subcontractors, and internal colleagues (Supervisors/Foremen).
• Mindset: Hands-on, proactive, and safety-conscious.
