WSH Officer

Lead and support the organization’s environmental, health and safety framework through policy management, inspections, training, compliance oversight and management-system coordination.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Implement and enforce EHS requirements to promote a safe and healthy workplace and prevent environmental pollution.

· Develop, review and maintain EHS policies,procedures and supporting documentation.

· Conduct regular EHS inspections, recommendappropriate control measures and monitor follow-up actions to improve WSHperformance.

· Plan and deliver EHS-related training basedon the needs and responsibilities of employees.

· Coordinate and support the organization’srelevant quality, environmental and occupational health & safety managementsystems, including ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and the applicable OH&Sstandard.

· Provide EHS management, advisory andoperational support to management and relevant functions.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

· Specialist Diploma or higher qualification, preferably in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health or a related discipline.

· Good working knowledge of workplace safety, health and environmental regulatory requirements.

·Prior experience supporting airport infrastructure and/or vehicular bridge projects is preferred but not mandatory.

· Able to communicate requirements clearly and work with stakeholders across different functions.
