Construction General Foreman

Job Description:

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities to ensure smooth work progress.

• Monitor work schedules and assist in ensuring projects are completed on time.

• Coordinate with workers, subcontractors, and site management on daily operations.

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and maintain proper housekeeping on site.

• Assist in overseeing manpower allocation and site productivity.

• Support and guide workers to achieve project requirements and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Physically fit and Must be able to perform site inspections, which involve walking on uneven surfaces and carrying light construction tools.

• Able to work with minimum supervision and as part of a team under pressure.

• A strong willingness to learn construction site operations and take on leadership responsibilities.

• Willing to perform hands-on work when necessary.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including night shifts and weekends when required by project needs.
