🛎️ YOUR ROLE

• 👋 Welcome our guests with a warm smile and make them feel at home.
• 🗝️ Handle check-ins & check-outs smoothly and professionally.
• 📞 Answer calls, messages, emails and the occasional “Can I have a late check-out?” request. 😉
• 🛏️ Manage reservations, room changes, cancellations and guest requests.
• 💬 Listen to guest feedback and complaints — turn “I’m unhappy” into “Thank you for helping!”
• 🤝 Work closely with Housekeeping and other departments to keep hotel operations running smoothly.
• 💻 Keep our PMS and guest records accurate and up to date.
• 💰 Handle payments, deposits and other front desk transactions carefully.
• 🔄 Conduct proper shift handovers so the next team knows what happened before they arrived!
• 🚨 Handle unexpected situations calmly — because hotel life rarely goes exactly according to plan!
• ✨ Keep the front desk area clean, organised and welcoming.
• 🎯 Follow hotel SOPs, safety procedures and company policies.
• 🧩 Take on other duties assigned by the management — because teamwork makes the hotel work!

💪 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous experience in Front Office / Hotel / Hospitality is preferred.
• Friendly, confident and comfortable talking to people from different backgrounds.
• Good command of English.
• Positive attitude and a genuine interest in customer service.
• Able to stay calm when things get busy — especially during peak check-in time!
• Basic computer skills; experience with hotel PMS is an advantage.
• A good team player who is willing to help others.
• Responsible, punctual and well-presented.
• Comfortable working shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Most importantly: a good attitude, a big smile and a willingness to learn! 😎
