Job Description

We are looking for two Relief Preschool Assistant Teachers to support a preschool in the Central area from September to December 2026.

The role does not require lesson planning or teaching. You will mainly assist the teachers with daily classroom routines, basic caregiving and general support.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers with daily classroom routines and activities
• Support children with routine care and daily needs
• Ensure children are safe and properly supervised
• Assist teachers with classroom preparation and housekeeping
• Provide general support to the teaching team when required

Requirements

• Relevant experience working in a preschool or childcare setting is required
• Comfortable working with young children
• Responsible, patient and willing to assist with daily routine care
• Available to commit from September to December 2026
