HAIR SALON MANAGER

We are seeking a professional and experienced Salon Manager to oversee the daily operations of our salon and ensure an exceptional experience for both clients and staff. The Salon Manager will lead the team, manage appointments and inventory, maintain high customer service standards, and support business growth through effective leadership and operational management.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management

• Oversee daily salon operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Open and close the salon according to company procedures
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards throughout the salon
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations

Team Leadership

• Supervise hairstylists, beauticians, receptionists, and support staff
• Create employee schedules and manage attendance
• Train, coach, and motivate team members to achieve performance goals
• Conduct staff meetings and performance evaluations

Customer Service

• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming environment
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally
• Build strong client relationships and encourage repeat business
• Monitor customer satisfaction and service quality

Sales & Business Development

• Promote salon services, packages, and retail products
• Support marketing and promotional activities
• Monitor sales performance and help achieve revenue targets
• Identify opportunities to grow the client base and improve profitability

Inventory & Financial Management

• Monitor stock levels and order salon supplies when needed
• Manage cash handling, payments, and daily sales reporting
• Assist with budgeting and expense control
• Maintain accurate operational records and reports

Requirements:

• At least 3 years’ experience working in a salon environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Leadership and team management abilities
• Knowledge of beauty treatments, products, and trends
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings,weekends, and holidays
