ACCOUNT SERVICING EXECUTIVE

Company Background 

Guangdong was established in 1987 and mainly deals with dried fruits, agricultural products, grain products, sauces, moon cake fillings and a wide variety of food products. We are a professional and experienced wholesaler and food supplier, supplying quality food to local retail shops and to the F&B industry. 

Core Responsibilities: 

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all existing customer accounts and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Handle and process all enquiries, orders, requests, and feedback from existing customers in a professional and timely manner.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfilment, delivery, and service support.

• Resolve customer complaints, service issues, and product quality concerns promptly and professionally.

• Identify opportunities for account growth by analysing and understanding customer business needs and purchasing trends

• Work closely with customers to identify factors contributing to any drop in business performance and recommend solutions/develop appropriate follow-up actions

• Maintain accurate customer records and account information in system.

Job Requirements: 

• Good communication and interpersonal skills 

• Basic computer knowledge

• Proficiency in mandarin to liaise with mandarin speaking associates  

• Prior working experience in food supplies industry is an advantage. 

Additional Info:  

• Office located at Jurong (Toh Guan) 

• Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm, Alternate Saturdays 8am – 2pm
