Job Summary:
Leads project teams through all stages of design and delivery. Drives project execution and technical coordination. Manages client relationships and supports team development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead design and delivery across project stages from concept to completion.
• Manage and coordinate design teams, resources, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Review, direct and prepare technical documentation, including drawings and specifications.
• Engage with clients and consultants for project execution.
• Supports project deliverables for statutory submission and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor and support junior team members in their professional growth.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Competencies:
• Strong design leadership and awareness of design principles, project objectives and industry best practices.
• Comprehensive technical knowledge, including statutory controls and contract documentation.
• Skilled in project planning, team coordination, and documentation delivery.
• Confident communicator with strong presentation and client-facing capabilities.
• Informed on digital workflows, environmental sustainability, and industry innovation.
Requirements & Attributes:
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent qualifications.
• Minimum 10 - 15 Years of experience in design development, team management and client interface.
• Ability to self-develop and build colleagues to enhance team potential.
• Experience in mixed-use and infrastructure projects will be an advantage.
• Registered Architect with the Board of Architects Singapore (BOA) will be an advantage.
• Other professional certifications such as GMP or GMFP will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in BIM (Revit Architecture).
