Accountant

Job Responsibilities

**Accounting**

* Handle full set of accounts, including AP, AR and General Ledger

* Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate accounting records

* Prepare monthly financial reports and management accounts

* Handle GST preparation and submission

* Assist with year-end closing, audit and corporate tax matters

* Process payments and monitor accounts receivable and payable

* Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and supporting records

**Human Resources & Administration**

* Handle monthly payroll processing and CPF submission

* Maintain employee records, leave and attendance

* Prepare employment contracts, HR letters and other employment documents

* Handle Work Permit, S Pass and other work pass applications, renewals and related matters

* Manage employee onboarding and offboarding

* Assist with recruitment, job postings and interview arrangements

* Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and Singapore employment requirements

* Handle general HR and administrative duties

Requirements

* Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting and HR experience in Singapore

* Able to handle full set of accounts independently

* Good knowledge of Singapore GST, CPF, payroll and MOM requirements

* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

* Good communication, organisational and problem-solving skills

* Responsible, detail-oriented and able to working dependently

* Good command of English

* Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an advantage for liaising with Mandarin-speaking customers, suppliers and colleagues
