Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Supply Planning & Demand Planning Consultant to implement, configure, and support Demand Management and Supply Planning solutions within Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM, driving effective inventory and supply-demand planning.
Responsibilities
- Implement and configure Oracle Fusion Demand Management and Supply Planning modules to meet business needs
- Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective Oracle Fusion SCM solutions
- Configure demand forecasting, demand plans, supply plans, and planning parameters to optimize supply chain operations
- Collaborate with business teams to develop inventory planning, replenishment, capacity planning, and supply-demand balancing strategies
- Configure and support planning processes including Demand Forecasting, Demand Plans, Supply Plans, Safety Stock Planning, Replenishment Planning, and Constrained/Unconstrained Planning
- Integrate Supply Planning with Oracle Fusion modules such as Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, Manufacturing, and Costing to ensure seamless data flow
- Support data loading and system integrations using FBDI, REST/SOAP APIs, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to maintain accurate and timely information
- Conduct testing, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), resolve issues, and provide production support to ensure system reliability
- Prepare detailed functional documentation, configuration guides, and user training materials to facilitate knowledge transfer and user adoption
Required competencies and certifications
- Strong experience implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM solutions
- Hands-on expertise in Oracle Demand Management and Oracle Supply Planning modules
- Proven experience in at least one end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM implementation project
- Solid understanding of Demand Forecasting, Supply Planning, Inventory Management, Procurement, Order Management, and Manufacturing/Planning processes
- Experience with Oracle Fusion integrations and data migration techniques
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate across teams
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Oracle Cloud SCM certification
- Experience with Oracle Planning Central module
- Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, and FBDI/ADFDI data loading tools
- Experience working in global Oracle Fusion SCM implementation or support environments
