Job Description

• Collect soiled laundry from customers and deliver clean laundry to hotels on time;
• Plan and follow an efficient delivery route to maximize time and fuel usage while meeting customer deadlines;
• Provide friendly and professional customer service when picking up or delivering laundry, addressing any questions or concerns;
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups, including customer information, special instructions, and completed tasks;
• Regularly inspect the delivery vehicle, ensuring it is clean, fueled, and well-maintained;
• Report any mechanical issues or required repairs to supervisors.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Singapore LTA-issued Class 4 Driving License;
• Work on weekends and public holidays;
• Physically fit;
• Strong customer service and communication skills;
• Organizational skills for handling orders, paperwork and delivery schedules;
• Safety Awareness;
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively;
• Possesses a clean driving record.
