Are you a passionate Electrical Engineer driven by technical challenges, teamwork, and site execution? At Lian Huah Engineering Pte Ltd, we deliver high-impact electrical infrastructure across Singapore. We are looking for an energetic Electrical Project Engineer to lead on-site operations, solve complex engineering problems, and shape Singapore's built environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Execution & Site Leadership: Coordinate daily site operations, supervise subcontractors, and resolve site-specific technical challenges to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.

• Financial & Cost Control: Monitor project budgets, prepare monthly progress claims, support financial forecasting, and identify value-engineering opportunities.

• Technical Supervision & T&C: Lead Testing & Commissioning (T&C) activities, advise on equipment selection and installation methodologies, and conduct client system handovers.

• Stakeholder Coordination: Represent the company in technical and progress meetings with clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.

• WSH & Quality Compliance: Partner with the Safety team to enforce Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) regulations, standard operating procedures, and strict quality control on-site.

• Mentorship: Share best practices and technical guidance to support junior engineers and site staff.

Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Experience: Prior experience managing electrical installation, turnkey, or Addition & Alteration (A&A) projects in Singapore’s construction industry is an added advantage.

• Technical Skills: Strong grounding in electrical installation and site coordination. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Project is required; experience with AutoCAD/REVIT is a plus.

• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, high personal responsibility, and a proactive team mindset.

• Language Proficiency: Strong written and spoken English. Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients, consultants, and trade partners.

• Working Conditions: Willingness to work primarily on project sites and adjust working hours when required for critical project milestones.
