Intern, Corporate Communications

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of the Annual Report and Sustainability Report, including data analysis, drafting, editing and proofreading;
• Assist in organising and supporting investor, shareholder and media meetings and briefings, including Annual General Meetings (AGMs), Extraordinary General Meetings (EGMs), quarterly results briefings, conferences and roadshows;
• Support sustainability reporting activities, including data collection and tracking, as well as stakeholder engagement initiatives;
• Provide regular progress updates to senior members and the head of the Corporate Communications team;
• Assist in maintaining the corporate website and social media accounts, including LinkedIn;
• Support internal communications initiatives and activities, including corporate social responsibility (CSR) programmes and other internal events;
• Assist with other corporate communications and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Willing to commit 3 to 6 months internship;
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills;
• Strong organisational skills for internal communications tasks;
• Good at numbers and Microsoft Excel for analysis purpose;
• Ability to assist with various communications and investor relations projects;
• Work independently, as well as part of a team, to establish project deliverables;
• A quick learner who is comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and is able to work in a team setting.
