CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR

UPERVISOR/GENERAL FOREMAN (BUILDING AND RELATED TRADES)

1.Site Planning and Scheduling:

Plan daily work schedules, determine the sequence of operations, and match progress with master project
2.Manpower and Resource Management:

Estimate worker needs, assign daily tasks, order necessary building materials, and track daily work logs
3.Supervision and Coordination:

Direct core construction crews, lead coordination meetings, and link field work with managers, planners, and subcontractors
4.Problem Solving:

Resolve technical problems, analyze work issues, and fix communication gaps quickly among team members
5.Safety and Quality Control:

Enforce safety and government regulations on-site, perform site inspections, and maintain high workmanship
